SYNOPSIS

🌟 Welcome to Episode 32 of Casual Temple! Today, we're thrilled to introduce a truly extraordinary guest, Barbara With who is an award-winning author, publisher, and peace activist. Barbara is renowned for her global travels and teachings and is the co-founder of Conflict Revolution, a method aimed at resolving internal conflicts with the belief that inner peace can lead to world peace.

Barbara's journey as a psychic channel began in 1987, following her career in songwriting and music performance. She formed the **Psychic Sorority** in 1993 with Kim and Theresa, conducting sessions where Barbara would channel information that was then recorded and transcribed.

One of her most fascinating endeavors is channeling Albert Einstein's wisdom, sharing insights on his unified field theory, exploring human consciousness, and teaching the science of compassion. In fact, during the 100-year anniversary of E=MC², Barbara channeled Albert Einstein, resulting in a unified field theory, something Einstein himself couldn't achieve in his lifetime.

Barbara refers to a "map of human consciousness" that works with three human dimensions and provides a scientific, quantifiable definition of compassion, described as the 5th Fundamental force of the universe. She has published essays on M theory, World Peace, and the science of compassion, and has participated in the **Science of Consciousness Conference**, receiving affirmation from scientists.

In her day-to-day spiritual life, Barbara emphasizes the balance between intuition (divine feminine) and intellect (divine masculine) in Conflict Revolution. She believes that inner work is the work of World Peace and encourages people to continue their inner work.

00:01:47 Barbara

Ohh merrily thanks for having me. I'm I'm very much looking forward to our conversation.

00:01:51 Barbara

Yes, thank you.

00:01:53 Merrily

I really love cats, so I'll have to know who your cat is.

00:01:56 Barbara

I am pet sitting.

00:02:00 Barbara

And we were talking about my globetrotting. I spent the winter pet sitting my way across the UK.

00:02:06 Merrily

Awesome. I have a friend who does.

00:02:07 Merrily

That too. That's really cool.

00:02:08 Barbara

So this is my pet. Sit up in the mountains and.

00:02:11 Merrily

Oh oh.

00:02:13 Barbara

Until this show, this cat has been very far away. But when the recording started suddenly, now she's got to be here. So this is Daisy.

00:02:24

Hi, Daisy.

00:02:27 Merrily

OK, well I have that effect on Kitty Cat, so apparently it's like here she comes. Yes. Well, thank you. Yeah. Nice to meet you and Daisy. Well, like we just kind of get started from the beginning. And I have a really cool story about, you know.

00:02:43 Merrily

Kind of what led to what you're doing today. So can you kind of tell us where you started?

00:02:48 Barbara

Yeah, you know, I started as a psychic channel officially in 1987. It was preceded by being a, a songwriter. I started writing music when I was 12.

00:03:05 Barbara

And by the time I was down of high school, I had two sets of original material and I just went on the road for.

00:03:12 Barbara

20 years is in rock'n'roll and such all kinds of music and.

00:03:19 Barbara

When I came in off the road is when I started to I learned that I could channel.

00:03:25 Merrily

Wow.

00:03:27

Well.

00:03:30 Merrily

Do you think that the like songwriting was sort of like a kind of an in for channeling? Seems like it's similar. Oh, really?

00:03:35 Barbara

Definitely.

00:03:37 Barbara

Definitely because it's both. If you think about it, it's it's about listening.

00:03:42 Merrily

Hmm.

00:03:43 Barbara

I don't know.

00:03:43 Barbara

How many of your people who follow you?

00:03:46 Barbara

Are.

00:03:48 Barbara

Practitioners of intuitive arts, as I call it. But really, I always described songwriting as going into the nothingness and going and listening for a song, and then somehow figuring out, you know, what the melody was, what the words were, what the rhythm was and.

00:04:08 Barbara

And so that kind of set me up of complex systems for when it came time to be listening to.

00:04:16 Barbara

Other voices? Yeah. And it wasn't just I didn't look for it. And it wasn't. It was something more that came upon me. Only because my friend in high school, all those many years ago.

00:04:29 Barbara

His mom was a we didn't call them channels that she was just a she gave readings and she would go into a trance and not remember anything she said.

00:04:33

Hmm.

00:04:37

Oh.

00:04:43 Barbara

And said she said she was a big antenna.

00:04:46 Barbara

Hmm.

00:04:48 Barbara

And so I knew what what it was, and I went to her for many years before I started to spontaneously automatic, right, and start to channel.

00:05:00 Merrily

Hmm.

00:05:02 Barbara

But when it happened, when it overcame me that that day in 1987 while I was writing a letter to somebody and suddenly, ooh, that's not that's not what I was going.

00:05:12 Barbara

To say.

00:05:14 Barbara

It's not the direction I was going and.

00:05:17 Merrily

Hmm.

00:05:19 Barbara

Because I knew what it was, I thought, Oh my gosh, I can do this. OK, so let's start asking some questions. You know, who are you? Who are you?

00:05:29 Barbara

And the answer was sound.

00:05:35 Barbara

And having been immersed in sound my whole entire life, it was made kind of sense and yeah.

00:05:42 Barbara

Sort of dissociative in a way, I guess. And I was OK with it. I was an antenna. That's how it was, so.

00:05:45 Merrily

Yeah.

00:05:52 Barbara

And it was until 1993, when I started to do channel for groups. I started organizing groups with two other women, Kim and Teresa.

00:06:01 Merrily

Hmm.

00:06:02 Barbara

We called ourselves the psychic sorority.

00:06:06 Barbara

And we have these groups in our living room and I would channel and we record it and transcribe it and.

00:06:13 Barbara

That was really the beginning of getting finding my way to Einstein.

00:06:18

Oh.

00:06:19 Merrily

That's such a that's such a cool thing. And I like how you said it was something that just kind of came in, like kind of came in and you noticed it. I know this is a hard question because I get asked this question because I do sort of psychic readings, you know, but like, how do you know, right. How do you know?

00:06:39 Merrily

It's not you. It's not Barbara and your imagination, but something else to you.

00:06:48 Barbara

I would say personally I've been put through a lot of tests.

00:06:55 Barbara

Since 1987, when I started to do this and I purposefully did a course of study that I just made-up myself because I'm a self teacher, right, I learned, I taught myself piano. I taught myself everything. Wow. So.

00:07:14 Barbara

I would get a reading from my mentor the the antenna. I write it down because this was even before there were recording devices that you could carry around, right?

00:07:28 Barbara

Back with the dinosaurs.

00:07:31 Barbara

And then I would write down.

00:07:34 Barbara

What I thought the predictions meant? Ohh, this is what this must mean, because a lot of the language is. It's more parable like than it is totally you know you're going to on this day you're this is going to.

00:07:38 Merrily

Hmm.

00:07:51 Barbara

Happen to you?

00:07:53 Barbara

So and then I would pass through time and see what it really was.

00:08:04 Barbara

And so that was one way and that's that's some way I recommend for people who are studying, like if you're studying tarot, I did that a lot with tarot, where I would throw the cards. I'd write down what they were. I'd write down what I thought they meant, and then I, at the end of the day, I'd.

00:08:20 Barbara

Write down what really happened.

00:08:23 Merrily

Right. To compare. Yeah, yeah.

00:08:27 Barbara

And then there's just plain old, you know, the hard lessons of being wrong. Yeah. Learning like, oh.

00:08:38 Barbara

That's what. That's what it's there for.

00:08:40 Merrily

Yeah. It totally. Yeah. Thank you for walking us through that. That's a lot of like testing and then valid, you know, getting the validation and learning what isn't it right with the oops like that wasn't the right thing or, you know, whatever it was.

00:08:54 Barbara

Well, and bringing together the three of us, me and Tim and Teresa was very purposeful in this long term plan to not only witness each other right and document from all three of our perspective because that's my first book Diaries, Diaries of a psychic sorority.

00:08:57 Merrily

Yes.

00:09:14 Merrily

Hmm.

00:09:14 Barbara

Is our Diaries as we were moving through this time of coming together and.

00:09:21 Barbara

Listening to the angels, they called themselves angels and writing down and doing what they tell us to do. And what happened? It was really remarkable.

00:09:31 Merrily

Amazing. Would you say that? Did you have including the psychic sorority? Did you have? And maybe your antenna?

00:09:40 Merrily

Were those like your main like your antenna person, your antenna mentor? Were they like your main sources of like guidance? Kind of in the beginning?

00:09:50 Barbara

I think so.

00:09:51 Barbara

I I had such a hunger for.

00:09:55 Barbara

Jane Roberts. She was a channel many years ago. Did Seth channeled Seth Edgar Cayce. Kind of the old school spiritualist stuff. And so I was always interested in that. And and also the music coming from.

00:10:15 Barbara

I will, I I'll always admit a a traumatized youth. You know, there was a lot of dissociation in in my youth because of of abuse and trauma, but often that's the place where then you get.

00:10:24 Merrily

Hmm.

00:10:30 Barbara

This it becomes easier to do stuff like channeling and songwriting.

00:10:34 Merrily

That's true.

00:10:35 Merrily

Oddly, yeah, but I think you put you put your finger right on it is like that. This association. Which. Yeah. Your. Yeah, that's great. But I mean that you kind of figured that out.

00:10:46 Merrily

Not great that.

00:10:46 Merrily

You went through that, but like that, you were like, oh, there's.

00:10:47 Barbara

Yeah.

00:10:49 Merrily

Some sort of way that?

00:10:51 Merrily

That led you into it. That's very interesting.

00:10:56 Merrily

UM, so you talked about the psychic sorority. Can you tell us how, like, how that evolved into? Are you still working with them or like, like, how did that sort of evolve into what you're doing today?

00:11:10 Barbara

Well, it evolved because in 1993, after doing this, these readings I wanted to do groups and no one.

00:11:19 Barbara

In my clientele was interested and so these this new woman came Teresa and then she brought a bunch of her friends and then her best friend came and her best friend was very conservative business woman who wouldn't have gone to a psychic except if she was in some kind of crisis that nothing else was.

00:11:40 Barbara

Was helping her right and they just took it and ran. Kim transcribed the tape of her reading and then called me.

00:11:52 Barbara

And wanted to talk about what did it mean? And nobody had ever done that, and all the readings I'd given we didn't, we never talked about it. We just, I do the reading, record it and they take it and go and.

00:11:58 Merrily

Hmm.

00:12:04 Barbara

Come back in.

00:12:06 Barbara

They were getting some value of it. Otherwise why would you come back all the time? But they wanted to talk about it and I think it was simultaneously that they had the idea to invite me to a group and I had realization that, oh, here's the group. And then I called them.

00:12:09

Yes.

00:12:10 Merrily

Yeah.

00:12:25 Barbara

And they're like.

00:12:26 Barbara

Oh, we were just saying we should.

00:12:27 Barbara

Have you blah?

00:12:28 Barbara

And so and the three of us, I think the to understand the gist of of it and at the time we didn't quite know what it meant we.

00:12:41 Barbara

Could never have guessed where it was going right? But they asked when they asked. Who are you?

00:12:48 Barbara

In a triad reading and the and the, the antenna voices said you can call us angels.

00:12:56 Barbara

And I was skeptical.

00:12:59 Barbara

But the three of us decided that we didn't care who it was because what they were telling us was literally changing our lives and what these angels said was they had this theory that they were devising.

00:13:13 Barbara

For a way to resolve conflict, that would be a the byproduct of it would be World Peace.

00:13:21 Barbara

And they needed humans.

00:13:24 Barbara

To test their theory, which meant they needed to find people who would actually have actual conflicts.

00:13:32 Merrily

Hmm.

00:13:33 Barbara

But somehow have the wherewithal in the middle.

00:13:36 Barbara

All of them to stop and go. Oh, hey, these angels just told us a new way to do this.

00:13:44

Hmm.

00:13:45 Barbara

Let's go get the transcript. That's and so. And that's who we were. And that's what happened because we did eventually have a conflict and did just that. Our first conflict, you know, sitting at the table like, well, you, you you and no, you, you, you and.

00:13:47 Merrily

Right.

00:13:58 Merrily

Mm-hmm.

00:14:03 Barbara

I was like, wait a minute. We just did this. Let's, let's go get the transcript. And what popped out right away was if you're emotionally engaged in a conflict, right, the root of your part is within you.

00:14:20 Barbara

And we all sort of just went the three of us just like whoosh, and each turned to going me, coming back to the table saying.

00:14:30 Barbara

OK, here's what. Here's what I should be doing better.

00:14:34 Merrily

Hmm.

00:14:34 Barbara

And then Kim could come to the table and say, yeah, and here's what I I need to do rather than you. You, you. Yeah, pointing your finger.

00:14:44 Barbara

And it was such a monumental moment for all of us.

00:14:47 Merrily

Right.

00:14:48 Barbara

But most profoundly was for me. I went to work that night. I was singing in a bar in Minneapolis, and there was a waitress at the hotel where I was working, who wanted nothing to do with me. She didn't like me, and I didn't care, but it just was noticeable. I walked in the.

00:15:07 Barbara

Night and she just couldn't get enough of me.

00:15:10 Barbara

Oh, Barbara, do you like Patty Smith? I've got a bunch of cassettes and. And she put $20 in my tip jar. And I thought this is what these angels were talking about. That if we do it here first, if we resolve our conflict here first.

00:15:26 Merrily

Right.

00:15:27 Barbara

Naturally.

00:15:29 Barbara

Stuff can manifest around us that we couldn't achieve if we tried. I couldn't have gone into work that and said, hey, you know Sally, why? Why do you hate me?

00:15:39 Barbara

Ohh gosh I know right? You couldn't manipulate that. It was like clearly a sign and and we were having these kinds of things happen to us, all of us in our lives, you know, involving our families and ex husbands and these little miracle things starting to happen as we did this work.

00:15:39

Could.

00:15:42 Merrily

Yeah.

00:15:59 Merrily

That's so cool. I love that. It's like, yeah, definitely. Like changing yourself and it, like, kind of emanates out. Exactly. Yeah.

00:16:09 Barbara

And that's not like revolutionary. I mean, that's like as within so without. But yeah, what was revolutionary was that they actually gave us sort of these step by step instructions about how to do it in a way that was.

00:16:24 Barbara

Like a Rudimental change within.

00:16:27 Merrily

Right.

00:16:28 Merrily

Right.

00:16:28 Barbara

Not. Not just. Not just a transcendent one like meditation or whatever it it just is really Rudimental.

00:16:40 Barbara

To find yourself, catch yourself in the act of whatever anyway, yes.

00:16:46 Merrily

Yeah, I mean, crazy. I know you were like, ohh, it's it. It's not revolutionary or like hard. But it is hard. You know what I mean? Like it is hard like especially in like the situation you describe when everybody's pointing fingers and.

00:16:55 Barbara

Elegant.

00:17:00 Merrily

Upset.

00:17:01

Like.

00:17:02 Merrily

Ohh like when do you? Somebody's got, you know, pause and be like, well, hold on, you know, like, well, we got we got tools for.

00:17:10 Merrily

This you know.

00:17:11 Barbara

Yeah, yeah.

00:17:11 Merrily

That's the hard part.

00:17:14 Barbara

It is and and this process which we call conflict revolution, yeah, is designed completely to be a stand alone sovereign process that you don't need anybody else. I mean, it helps oftentimes to have a coach. I've often called one of my conflict revolutionary.

00:17:35 Barbara

Friends to say hey, help me with this. I can't figure it out.

00:17:40 Barbara

But it's meant to be self monitoring that we self monitor ourselves.

00:17:45 Barbara

Ourselves to bring alignment that then naturally manifests.

00:17:51 Merrily

Mm-hmm.

00:17:53 Merrily

Wow. Yeah, very cool. I like. I like. I like that whole approach.

00:17:57 Merrily

A lot.

00:17:59 Merrily

And so let's see. So what would you say the so you have like conflict revolution? What is that part of the world? Peace. Yes. It is part of the plan.

00:18:14 Barbara

Yes, because these angels you see, they taught us this process. We had our fights and we thought we had many, many conflicts through the years and have continually applied the principles to them. And so while we don't actually work together.

00:18:33 Barbara

We have a a publishing company together. We moved all of our materials that had anything to do with this topic back together under in one library and are.

00:18:47 Barbara

I'm the I guess the CEO.

00:18:50 Barbara

Going out and bringing the message and doing the teaching and.

00:18:56 Barbara

Channeling Einstein.

00:18:58 Merrily

Hmm.

00:18:59 Barbara

And talking about World Peace, because nobody knows what to do.

00:19:04 Merrily

Yep.

00:19:05 Merrily

Yep, I agree. Especially nowadays when it seems like you know everything's up in.

00:19:10 Merrily

Arms at the.

00:19:11 Barbara

Moment well, and what it what it feels like is like we've been meditating for centuries. Why does it only get worse and stuff like that? And that's why I like conflict revolution? Because it it it is a.

00:19:18 Merrily

Yeah.

00:19:25 Barbara

It presents the peace movement not as something that you get together with a bunch of people and do or that you have to add your energy to, you know, tip the scales right. It's about everybody understanding how important.

00:19:44 Barbara

Taking care of our own domain is in relationship to World Peace.

00:19:50 Merrily

Yes, couldn't agree more.

00:19:52 Barbara

And and so when when I I'm I I say I'm on, I'm looking for the participation of the willing people who are willing to experiment.

00:20:03 Barbara

With this Einsteinian process that we have of.

00:20:08 Barbara

Conflict revolution taking a new way to resolve conflict first here and when we do it here.

00:20:14 Barbara

Miraculous things happen around us that we is greater than we could have thought. Plan that if we were in charge.

00:20:23 Merrily

Yeah, they didn't.

00:20:25 Merrily

Right. You get to be surprised.

00:20:28 Barbara

Right. Yeah, right, exactly. I was going to blow my mind this time. Yeah. Something I never could have thought of.

00:20:35 Merrily

Yeah, that's like the best.

00:20:38 Merrily

So you didn't, you know, I know you channel Einstein. Can you tell?

00:20:42 Merrily

Us sort of.

00:20:43 Merrily

Like the story of.

00:20:44 Merrily

How that came about and then how it kind of weaves into conflict revolution?

00:20:49 Barbara

Yeah, absolutely. We after we put out Diaries 1997, we got a literary agent.

00:20:57 Barbara

And she got a call from a tabloid in London, a paranormal tabloid. And they were looking for an interview with Princess Diana from beyond the grave. And the one year anniversary of her death. And I've never done such a thing.

00:21:14 Barbara

And but that's me, you know. Ohh, let's see if we can try. And I channeled it typing channel both the questions and the answers and then printed it off and read it.

00:21:26 Barbara

And felt its powerful.

00:21:32 Barbara

I could hear her talking and just the detail of what she said and her main message was about peace. If everybody who put flowers in the palace.

00:21:34 Merrily

Wow.

00:21:42 Barbara

Would make peace.

00:21:44 Barbara

We could manifest peace.

00:21:47 Barbara

And the tabloids, even though they flew me out to New York and spent a lot of time with me, they didn't want it because it wasn't, you know, they wanted.

00:21:56 Merrily

Oh.

00:21:56 Barbara

Stefan and Camilla and Charles that nobody knew calling the psychic to see if she could, you know, dig up the dirt.

00:21:59 Merrily

Yeah.

00:22:04 Barbara

So my agent and I made a list of people, the other dead people we thought might want to talk, and I would imagine in the same fashion I'd go to them and say, hey, Elvis, do you want to talk and.

00:22:18 Barbara

And uh, he'd say no, I'm getting too much trouble already. And. And then Nicole Brown Simpson said yes. And so we started doing this. But when we got to John Kennedy.

00:22:28 Merrily

Wow.

00:22:35 Barbara

He said we have we we're gonna tell you who's going to be next.

00:22:41 Barbara

You don't have to do this. Asking around, we're working on this book and we want you to transcribe it from us. And so that's Albert Einstein wasn't even on our list.

00:22:55

Right.

00:22:57 Barbara

How sad is that?

00:23:00 Barbara

So so John Kennedy had to intervene, say. All right? No, you're missing the whole point. And that when I channeled Albert Einstein, that was the voice of my channeling. Wow. And that was the voice of sound.

00:23:21 Barbara

All those years ago, and that was a a powerful presence in my music.

00:23:29 Barbara

So.

00:23:31 Barbara

Then.

00:23:34 Barbara

We put out a book called Party of 12, the Afterlife interviews, but that's How I Met Einstein. And then I wanted to just do a book for him.

00:23:42 Barbara

And on the 100 year anniversary of E equals MC squared and all his other four miracle year whatever.

00:23:49 Barbara

I did a channeled 6 or 7 sessions and transcribed them and said about to to edit and I didn't know what he was going to say it just.

00:23:59 Barbara

And he, it turns out he delivered a unified field theory.

00:24:04 Barbara

Which is something he couldn't do in life.

00:24:08 Barbara

And it included what he called the map of human consciousness with these three human dimensions that we work with.

00:24:16 Barbara

And a scientific, quantifiable definition of compassion.

00:24:22 Barbara

With a capital C as the 5th Fundamental force of the universe as the creative intelligence that uses the other four fundamental forces to impel the creation of the physical world, one step at a time. And that was very profound experience.

00:24:43 Barbara

And I put out imagining Einstein essays on M theory, World Peace, and the science of compassion.

00:24:49 Barbara

And and when that came out, I fell into a path of synchronicity. I decided this was really important information. And this was 2007. That seems like a really peaceful, long time ago from the brink, where sometimes.

00:25:10 Barbara

Today. But so I left and traveled the world, got invited all over the world to teach and train and.

00:25:21 Barbara

Do this piece work?

00:25:24 Barbara

And.

00:25:25 Barbara

Yeah.

00:25:27 Merrily

Oh, so were you saying that? So you mentioned like sound, right? The first sort of, I don't know being or thing that you had channeled early on was Einstein essentially, but it and it's sort of communicating differently?

00:25:42 Barbara

I think so. I think part of the plan.

00:25:43 Merrily

Yeah.

00:25:46 Barbara

Had to be.

00:25:47 Barbara

To psychologically and spiritually and emotionally, intuitively and intellectually, prepare me as a human to deliver this information and to understand it.

00:25:57

Yeah.

00:26:01 Barbara

And.

00:26:03 Barbara

I think to be psychologically and they said later on when it, when, when, when it finally all started to come together and it still took a long time. They said we couldn't have gone up to you.

00:26:18

Right.

00:26:18 Barbara

The first thing and say hey, I'm Einstein and this is, you know, Hitler, he was in party 12. Wow. And it and the as it happened, this sort of unfolding of it still was very taxing to me. I I was.

00:26:34 Barbara

Afraid people were going to really think I was nuts. Did I really?

00:26:39 Barbara

I'm not a scientist, is what he's saying. Is this even a viable?

00:26:46 Barbara

Thing that he's saying that there's a that the source of everything begins in the center of the planet and that it operates like a black hole.

00:26:56 Merrily

Well.

00:26:56 Barbara

I didn't know, but I had to trust, and now it turns out, yeah, all coming to be.

00:27:07 Merrily

I love that he's, like, laying out like.

00:27:11 Merrily

I mean the way that you explain it is so beautiful. But I mean, I can't imagine getting that, you know what I mean? Like, that's a lot to kind of, you know, it's a lot to put together and then you gotta like you wrote a, you know, you communicated it out. That's amazing. Oh my gosh.

00:27:28 Barbara

Yeah, it's. It is a an endurance. I have a resilience because of.

00:27:36 Barbara

Yeah.

00:27:37 Merrily

Well, OK, so this is like a strange, not strange, but like, yeah. Like, like strange questions.

00:27:44 Merrily

So how do?

00:27:45 Merrily

You, because I know for myself, like doing sort of that kind of where I do.

00:27:48 Merrily

Get drained.

00:27:50 Merrily

So like what is your process to like kind of, you know, not be drained anymore like?

00:27:56 Merrily

Do you do?

00:27:57 Merrily

You do. You have like a whole system of like, I gotta, like, drink a lot of water and I gotta rest. Or like, you know what I mean? That's giving all that information.

00:28:04 Barbara

Yeah, no, I know exactly. And well, I have to say it's like when you're a marathon runner.

00:28:06 Merrily

Yeah.

00:28:11 Barbara

And you go out for a mile and a half. Yeah. It's so there's some of some of that resiliency in it, but also through the years I've learned a.

00:28:24 Barbara

More the the process that I myself teach and adhere to has become even more sort of razor sharp so that I can pace myself.

00:28:28

Hmm.

00:28:36 Barbara

Through like what I've just been through, I I've spent three months traveling all around Europe on trains, and I went to Romania and then I drove across the southwest for three days and then drove up into the mountains. And there's a kind of a resiliency that conflict revolution gives you.

00:28:57 Barbara

Because we process emotion in a completely different way than normally, then, like it's a healing process and we have to no, there's a bunch of it and we harvest it and we channel it in a in a way that it's not attached to thought.

00:29:13 Barbara

Or if it is attached to the thought it's attached to the highest level of thought you know for the greatest good. So that because it's the fuel of manifestation of the physical world, so it is a self regulating, self loving process.

00:29:31 Barbara

That is regenerative and I am living testimony because I just. I was amazed at my resilience through all of that because of that.

00:29:43 Barbara

Just gotta surrender, right?

00:29:46 Merrily

Yeah, in the moment, I love it. I love that they gave you the all the tools kind of, you know ahead of.

00:29:52 Merrily

Time and.

00:29:53 Merrily

Yes, here's all this and other information. That's amazing.

00:29:59 Merrily

So how have?

00:30:01 Merrily

So, have there been any like, you know, keep you're talking. You're channeling Einstein and he's giving you all this, like, very intriguing and amazing information. Have there been any, like, scientists that like weighed in about like what he's telling you? Have you had an opportunity to chat?

00:30:16 Barbara

With them I just appeared at.

00:30:21 Barbara

The.

00:30:23 Barbara

Science of Consciousness Conference, the 30th annual Science of Consciousness Conference put on by the University of Arizona.

00:30:31 Barbara

Tucson by a man named Stuart Hameroff, who is the director of the Science of Consciousness Center and department at the University. They've been doing this for 30 years and I got, surprisingly, I always apply for these things. And through the years.

00:30:52 Barbara

They don't, you know, Ted talks. Don't even think. Haven't even thought about.

00:30:57 Barbara

But I got picked to be. It was the, you know, entry level presentation where you make a big poster and you stand there. It wasn't like a stage, but I didn't care because yeah, I prayed for. I was like, get me in front of the scientists. And it was.

00:31:11 Merrily

Right.

00:31:14 Merrily

Yeah.

00:31:17 Barbara

Absolutely fascinating it was.

00:31:21 Barbara

Affirming, and even though, like there were some talks because these are scientists, these are lefty, lefty brain mathematicians, astrobiologists, and they're just neural, whatever, and they're all frothing up with all this left brain science stuff.

00:31:41 Barbara

About consciousness.

00:31:43 Barbara

And even though I don't understand all of it, I hear the I can put the pieces on the maps.

00:31:50 Merrily

Right.

00:31:51 Barbara

But I had one that just really sparked it off was a man named Thomas Campbell wrote a book called.

00:32:00 Barbara

My theory of everything, and he's a physicist.

00:32:05 Barbara

And the people who represent him were there at the conference with Booth. And I said tell me his theory of everything. And as they explained his mathematical functioning and all the scientific stuff, he was really doing, you know, not like me, he just talking to dead people. He was actually doing the mathematics and.

00:32:25 Merrily

Right.

00:32:25 Barbara

Explaining it how step by step and I could see it all on the map and we talked this fellow and I and by the end of it, he said, you know what you need to come and speak at this conference we're doing with Thomas Campbell because.

00:32:40 Barbara

If what we're saying is true, Thomas Campbell is the actual physicist who is proving.

00:32:46 Barbara

What Einstein delivered?

00:32:50 Barbara

In that book, to me in the unified field theory in the maps of human well, they don't have the science of compassion, which is the thing nobody else has in their theories, and they don't. The maps of human consciousness are such a.

00:32:59 Merrily

Right.

00:33:04 Barbara

Mind boggling simple but understandable way that human consciousness interacts with energy to create physical matter.

00:33:14 Merrily

Yeah.

00:33:15 Barbara

And there it's all there. So anyway. So yeah. And then I'll, I also shared a poster back with a scientist. His name is Jim Grood from MIT, and we talked to a lot of things, but the gist of his thing to me was keep doing what you're doing because you're on to.

00:33:34 Barbara

Something.

00:33:35 Barbara

And I got to give my Einstein book to Deepak Chopra.

00:33:40 Barbara

Wow, you said looked me in the eye and said he'd read it.

00:33:46 Barbara

So lots of and I just came away from there.

00:33:51 Barbara

I need to present this to all of you lefty brains and.

00:33:55 Barbara

Get you over into the right side.

00:33:58 Merrily

MM.

00:33:59 Barbara

And and then what? You know, I watch people ping, ping, ping all kind of like.

00:34:05 Barbara

Have these flashes like oh, oh oh, it's so simple but elegant, you know? Yeah. And and it works.

00:34:14

Ah.

00:34:15 Merrily

Oh.

00:34:16 Merrily

Yeah, I like. I like that. You're, you know, the idea is to kind of bring bring the two things together, right. Bring the the, the human emotional.

00:34:27 Merrily

Part of us with that lefty scientific part, right, they should have more conversations.

00:34:35 Barbara

Yes, absolutely and.

00:34:38 Barbara

And our maps and our process show you how if you develop this self regulating self monitoring approach that you can bring balance to those you understand there's the intellect is the divine masculine and the intuition is the divine feminine and the intuition is telling you.

00:34:47 Merrily

Hmm.

00:34:58 Barbara

The next most advantageous step for the good of everything.

00:35:02 Barbara

And then, intellects. Job is to do that is to make the decision. And you know, if intuition says turn left, intellect sends the message to grab the steering wheel and.

00:35:13 Barbara

Turn to the.

00:35:14 Barbara

Left, but until I can say no until I can turn right. So we teach people the line to compassion.

00:35:16 Merrily

That's true.

00:35:22 Barbara

Is there's no other thing that your divine masculine wants to do but to serve.

00:35:27 Barbara

The divine feminine, that's really it's most powerful position is to be waiting for what intuition is going to say and then do it.

00:35:37 Merrily

Yeah, I love that. Yeah, I do. My own. I do my own sort of study around the Hermetic Kabbalah. So a lot of.

00:35:46 Merrily

That.

00:35:47 Merrily

Stuff is like, Oh yeah, yeah. Like, let's see that sort of balance and what you're talking about for sure. That's an interesting thought because that is that is part of sort of my own.

00:35:58 Merrily

Study is like the divine masculine is, you know, to listen to the, to the divine feminine.

00:36:04 Barbara

But I feel like, you know, we're we need to be a little louder. Maybe or something, you know. Well, it's a it's a inner. It's a cooperative thing, you know, it's like these three human dimensions that we work with that we gain mastery over our, like, spiritual organs. So we have a heart. We have a kidney. We have a stomach. They're all different. They have their own.

00:36:26 Barbara

Function. They work together and you treat them differently. If something on your stomach, you don't do the same thing. If something's wrong with your heart and the same is true with.

00:36:36 Barbara

When there's a blockage in your emotion.

00:36:40 Barbara

Who deal with it differently than if you're intellect is wild? Horses running out of control.

00:36:47 Barbara

That's right. And and so you and then in that way you learn to take care of yourself like you're like, we're all sort of special needs, right? Yeah.

00:36:58 Barbara

So we learn to take care of ourselves and align ourselves, and I think into like, well, what Einstein says is the root of all conflicts in the whole world, whether it's an internal one, illness or whatever, or external.

00:37:13 Barbara

Is between the intuition.

00:37:17 Barbara

And the intellect.

00:37:19 Barbara

Wars. Cancer.

00:37:23 Barbara

Intuition is always going to be impelling you to be the highest optimum divine creature.

00:37:31 Barbara

And intellect is going to be saying no.

00:37:34 Barbara

And making different decisions.

00:37:37 Barbara

And that perfectly manifests then that conflict within each of us into the lens is part of all the bigger conflicts.

00:37:42

Yeah.

00:37:46 Merrily

Yeah. So I like, yeah. So make it. Yeah. So kind of boiling it down to yourself as like, the the one that can make the change, right. Like the macro micro you.

00:37:59 Merrily

Yeah, instead of like going out there and trying.

00:38:01 Merrily

To change everybody else, yeah.

00:38:02 Barbara

I know fruit. It's so fruitless.

00:38:06 Merrily

Oh man, I'm so hard. I.

00:38:08 Barbara

Know, I know.

00:38:09 Merrily

But that's that's that's the job. So we're here for it, yeah.

00:38:16 Merrily

Well, OK. Well, yeah, thank you for walking us through all of you know, conflict revolution and how Einstein fits in with that.

00:38:24 Merrily

UM.

00:38:25 Merrily

So what is?

00:38:25 Merrily

Your sort of day-to-day.

00:38:28 Merrily

Sort of spiritual life look like with like your channel, you know, either with your channeling or conflict revolution. Like, how does that look day-to-day for somebody or for?

00:38:38 Barbara

Yourself. Well, for me, because I've been doing this in some form or another for so long it it became a part of.

00:38:49 Barbara

I'd say my gig culture. I had other jobs that I did and I did graphic design and I was the business manager for the Arts Center in the town where I live in Wisconsin and such.

00:39:02 Barbara

But when things started to get even worse in in the world, and I realized I had this amazing information and I wasn't getting any younger. And so I made a.

00:39:14 Barbara

Very.

00:39:14 Barbara

Big commitment to put all the every all the library under Synergy alliance with the.

00:39:21 Barbara

Psychic, sorority and go off on a peace mission on a World Peace tour for the rest of my life. It's my mission and I I retired myself from all of my other little gigs.

00:39:32 Merrily

Yeah.

00:39:37 Barbara

And I set about. I started on July 9th of 2023, the anniversary of the Einstein Russell Manifesto, which was the his last paper pleading with the governments of the world to resolve their conflicts peacefully. Otherwise we won't. No one will survive World War three. And that was 1955.

00:39:56

Yeah.

00:39:59 Barbara

So yeah, and I started with a I have a beautiful spiritualist church in northern Minnesota that I that I've been a part of for a long time. And I started with a big channel there and.

00:40:14 Barbara

Then I left home on October 15th, rented out my home and just have been traveling, speaking some teaching, some just talking. I traveled all across the UK.

00:40:29 Barbara

I gave books. I went to get, give books to people in the UK that are influential people that I want to read it.

00:40:38 Barbara

And but then I was asked to come and speak at this conference on the science of consciousness. And it was like the biggest moment of.

00:40:45 Merrily

Yeah.

00:40:51 Barbara

Of the whole I've been praying. Get me to the scientists. And now I know. Now I know that. Yes, it's exactly what I think it is. And.

00:40:53 Merrily

Yeah.

00:41:01 Barbara

Things are shifting and a lot of plans are coming in the making, but in the meantime I'm working on a A.

00:41:10 Barbara

Course.

00:41:12 Barbara

The course work that you can download well and I I haven't been doing as much zoom teaching, but I did after all these years I've been training in since 1999, so I finally put it into something I could do on zoom. It's still not optimal, it's much better to be in A room.

00:41:32 Merrily

Right.

00:41:32 Barbara

Well, people, everybody brings their conflict.

00:41:36 Barbara

It's great fun. It's it's as much fun anyway, so I'm hoping to do more of that. And in the meantime, I'm I'm moving across the United States. I think in the next 4-3 or four months.

00:41:51 Barbara

To get settled in a a place in the South, and then I'll be going back to Romania with my.

00:41:57 Barbara

Friend Carmen, who did all my events there before and just focused on the mission and.

00:42:06 Barbara

It's exciting because when you do that, I don't know if I've ever done it quite this intently like this is all I'm doing, yeah.

00:42:15 Merrily

Well, well, by golly, if your life didn't like prepare you for it, right, like you said, like you're used to kind of gigging, traveling, being a musician, you know, like, wow, what a cool path that your life is on. And like, what a great purpose, you know, that's so cool.

00:42:34 Barbara

Thank you. I absolutely agree and I love that you know, I just turned 69 this year and I'm looking at, I have a little.

00:42:43 Barbara

Kia Soul right now that I built out to sleep and it's too short. And then I here I am looking for a little bit bigger like maybe a Honda Odyssey, but something that I can because I don't know. I've been traveling since I was 17 and it's such a part of life.

00:43:02 Barbara

I love it.

00:43:05 Barbara

But you know the world is wants this conversation though.

00:43:09 Merrily

I agree. I think you're you're you. You predicted it. It's here. It's happening. You know, it's all like going the way that you're. You're seeing it. So that's amazing.

00:43:22 Merrily

Well, can you tell everybody like where they can find you? Like on on the Internet or in person maybe?

00:43:28 Barbara

That's yes, I'm.

00:43:32 Barbara

I'm on barbarawith.com BARBARAW ith.com. I'm also at Synergy alliance.

00:43:43 Barbara

Dot LLC. That's the publishing company. All the books you can get there through Barbara with Barbara, with I have a little bit more. I'm an investigative reporter. And I'm also doing this series on propaganda about how to dismantle propaganda. But right now I'm doing my world.

00:44:04 Barbara

Piece tour Diaries.

00:44:06 Barbara

And I'm just about to release #7.

00:44:10 Barbara

So I'm excited. I think I'll be doing this for a long time and in person I will be at the Lake Superior Interfaith Community Church.

00:44:16

Hmm.

00:44:23 Barbara

In if if we air this in time on May 26th and speaking and singing and.

00:44:33 Barbara

Then I I don't know. I'm not sure when my next.

00:44:38 Barbara

Live thing will be until the fall comes but.

00:44:43 Barbara

Yeah, but they're moving forward.

00:44:46 Merrily

Yeah, they're they're keeping some things and surprises for you again. Yeah. Oh, wow. Well, so I'm so happy that we got connected. And like, yeah, so cool. I love all the the conflict revolution.

00:44:50 Barbara

Thank you. Yes, that's what I'm thinking.

00:45:04 Merrily

You know the Einsteins message is so beautiful.

00:45:06 Merrily

Well, you're working, you know, getting their foot in the door with the scientists like, uh, doing some really wonderful work, Barbara.

00:45:13 Barbara

Well, thank you and thank you so much for for having me. And and I just love to have these conversations, especially with the young people like yourself, like the young people, like, well, I know, but you are and and having been through.

00:45:17 Merrily

Yeah.

00:45:21 Merrily

Right.

00:45:26 Merrily

4-5 yeah.

00:45:33 Barbara

All those phases of people not really getting it to where now people really want it. It's so heartening. So thank you and keep it up. I know how I know how hard work it is to do.

00:45:35 Merrily

Yeah.

00:45:39 Merrily

Yes.

00:45:46 Barbara

This stuff so.

00:45:46 Merrily

Oh, I know you're for you. Thank you. So kind of the last thing you shared so much wisdom with us already, but are there some parting words of wisdom that you would like to share?

00:45:58 Barbara

I would like to just encourage people to always bear in mind that this inner work is the work of World Peace. We can't be looking at the outside world as a gauge.

00:46:15 Barbara

For if our inner work is doing any good.

00:46:19 Barbara

We can do it on a microcosm.

00:46:22 Barbara

Right. Because if we do the work on the microcosm, we will see changes in all those things here.

00:46:29 Barbara

We just have to keep our heads down and keep doing what we're doing and no, it's making a difference in the in the greater macrocosm to pull us back from this.

00:46:40 Barbara

This insanity of World War 3.

00:46:44 Barbara

And I I have all the faith in the world that we're on.

00:46:46 Barbara

Our.

00:46:46 Merrily

Way, yes, I'm with you. I'm also very optimistic about that too, because I I, like you said, like the little changes that are happening. I didn't see this kind of stuff 1015 years ago. You know, people talking about these things so.

00:47:03 Barbara

And there's so many more people now, so many more people.

00:47:04

Yeah.

00:47:07 Merrily

So many, yeah.

00:47:08 Barbara

So, good, good on us.

00:47:10 Merrily

Good on us. Let's get that word out there. Oh, Barbara. Thanks. Yeah, I'm so happy to chat with you today.

00:47:17 Barbara

Yeah, me too. Thanks. Thanks again and have me back.

00:47:21 Merrily

Yes, you're always welcome.

00:47:24 Merrily
